Light Shaper of the Year 2027 – Conditions of participation

Please read these conditions before you vote.

1. Organiser

The campaign “Light Shaper of the Year 2027” (the “Campaign”) is organised by Bron Elektronik AG, Hagmattstrasse 7, 4123 Allschwil, Switzerland (“broncolor”).

2. Period

Voting is open from October 2026 until 10 December 2026, 23:59 CET. Votes received after this time will not be counted.

3. Eligibility

Anyone aged 18 or over can take part, wherever local law allows it. Employees of Bron Elektronik AG, its distributors and their families are excluded. Participation is free and does not require a purchase.

4. How to take part

To vote, choose your favourite light shaper on the Campaign page and fill in the form. Only one vote per person and email address counts. Multiple votes, automated entries or false details will be removed.

5. Prize draw

Everyone who has voted and is subscribed to the broncolor newsletter when voting closes enters the prize draw. One winner is drawn at random from all eligible participants. The prize is one piece of the light shaper elected “Light Shaper of the Year 2027”.

6. Winner

The winner is drawn after voting closes and is told by email. The winner is announced in the broncolor December 2026 newsletter by first name, initial of last name and country. If the winner does not reply within 14 days, broncolor may draw a new winner. The prize cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the winner.

7. Data protection

broncolor uses the details you give only to run the Campaign and the prize draw. If you agreed to it, broncolor also uses them to send you the newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. More information is in our privacy policy.

8. General

broncolor may change, pause or end the Campaign if there is good reason, for example technical problems or misuse. The result of the vote and of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Swiss law applies, and the place of jurisdiction is Allschwil, Switzerland.
